"Sleep is a death, oh make me try. By sleeping, what it is to die:

And as gently lay my head on my grave, as now my bed."

Sir Thomas Browne.

I am afraid that I don't know who this image is, but the floral haven made me want to share it.

Ode to Angel Blake

The Blood on Satan's Claw is one of those British horror gems of the 1970's. If you are yet to indulge, it is high time you met Angel Blake.

"Just living is not enough," said the butterfly, "one must have sunshine, freedom and a little flower."

There is no exquisite beauty… without some strangeness in the proportion

As the days draw longer, a sense of adventure grows within us.

We leave our sleeping hour for the fun that lies ahead.

Each step from the gate fleets closer to our playground and each graze from the sun excites our voracious heart.

Sleep in Peace.
